Baroque at Bella with Mathieu Lussier - Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra

The Calgary Phil goes Baroque (and classical) at the beautiful Bella Concert Hall! Conductor and bassoonist Mathieu Lussier leads the Orchestra in a varied and witty program of music by Johann Christian Bach and an overture by Sophie Gail (famous in her day as a composer of opéra comique), plus Haydn's Symphony No. 98, a profound tribute to his dear friend Mozart.
